Johnson & Johnson Hellas is willing to offer four intern positions to support its plant activities for Science, Engineering, Technology and Math (STEM) graduate bachelor or master students. The J&J plant in Greece is located at Mandra Attica since 1975 in a field of 12.000 m2 with a maximum capacity of 75 million CUs. The plant’s 220 employees are operating in order to delight our costumers & stakeholders with superior quality products & service on time and at the same time to create an agile CoE plant for complex products by providing the best balanced & sustainable results. In more details, the internship positions offered are the following:

1. Plant Planning Administrator

The Plant Planning department is responsible for organizing the plant’s product demands and the supplies’ input in order to meet these demands. The Job Holder will report to the MRP Planner & Material Scheduler and will serve the below activities: • Plant ERP system data management. • Product information entry and maintenance. • Production capacity information entry and maintenance. • Projects data coordination. • Data availability coordination with new product development and planning timelines. • Projects data registers maintenance. • Systems integration monitoring. • Monitoring EDI between different planning systems and report, escalate and resolve integration issues.

2. Filling & Mixing Process Engineering Administrator

The plant main production activities are divided into two departments: Mixing Business Unit & Filling Business Unit. Mixing department is responsible for transforming raw materials into the requested liquid (liquid soap, body wash, body lotion, sunscreen, etc.), and Filling department is responsible for filling the product’s bottle with the relevant liquid. The Job Holder will report to the Mixing & Filling Leads and will serve the below activities: • Supporting Shift supervisors for designing shifts and implementing daily schedule across shop floor. • Supporting Operators on implementing production best practices. • Participating into Production Improvement projects. • Keeping track into production investigation activities and Key Performance Indicators.

3. Warehouse Administrator 

Warehouse department is responsible for executing Plant’s Logistics activities. The Job Holder will report to the Warehouse manager and will serve the bellow activities: • Checking orders before receiving. • Submitting entries into the Warehouse Management System. • Filling and supporting communication with suppliers. • Participating into Logistics improvement projects and Key Performance Indicators monitoring.

4. Quality Assurance Administrator

Quality Assurance department is responsible for controlling plant’s operation activities in order to meet company’s qualitative and compliance standards. The Job Holder will report to the Quality Control Labs & Quality Excellence Lead and will serve the below activities: • PM incoming inspection (all materials, including labels). • Batch Records Review in filling and mixing. • In Process Control in Filling (Shopfloor). • Bulk physicochemical testing. • Supporting Lab related activities (logbooks, media preparation, preventive maintenance equipment, environmental/water testing).
